Midas Clubs are a special type of Iron present in the game.
Function[]
Midas Clubs can remove any card on the board, unlike normal Irons which could only remove a card above or below it. However, they cannot be bought using Golf Bucks and must be obtained from different sources (see below).
How to Obtain[]
- Completing Stamp collections. The Season collection will always give you 3 Midas Clubs, and the Weekly collection will occasionally give you one Midas Club.
- Completing Tours (beginning from Level 22).
- Completing Courses. Some Main and Bonus courses have a Midas Club reward.
- Buying them from the Shop, costing $1.99 per one Midas Club. It is highly recommended not to buy them using real cash due to how easy they are to obtain.
- Unlocking Treasure chests.
- Getting one as a reward from a Great Shot.
- Finding Midas Club cards on a hole either on the board or in your Draw Pile. If you have just used an Eraser on a hole but all of your regular Irons are there, you will be guaranteed to get a Midas Club.
- You can occasionally get a Midas Club from watching an Ad.
- Winning your share of 400,000 Midas Clubs during the Picture Perfect event by perfecting holes.
- Winning your share of 400,000 Midas Clubs during the Clubs For Chips event by earning Club Chips.
Strategy[]
- One of the best strategies using Midas Clubs is to remove rough. Simply use a Midas Club, play a normal card, and use the card to remove the Rough. While the normal card will slice off the rough, the Midas Club will be there, ready to be used again. This is especially useful on courses with Deep Rough and will save you a lot of cards in the draw pile.
- Use Midas Clubs to clear 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings, and Aces.
Trivia[]
- You will receive your first Midas Club after completing The Driving Range (Course 1).
